A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your project date in my calendar. The final balance of your invoice is due prior to final files being delivered. For my Design Disco service, full payment upfront is required to secure your design session.
You’ll need to return your branding questionnaire with a clear understanding of your business, goals, target audience and a rough idea of the visual styles you like. You’ll also need to have copy and images ready for your collateral design (if applicable).
I don’t believe ‘just a logo’ can set you up for success. Visual branding is about creating a holistic and cohesive experience through logos, brand marks, colour, typography, design elements, image style and brand collateral. All of these elements help tell your brand’s story. So no, I don’t design ‘just a logo’.
To be fair to you and my other clients it is vital our project timeline is followed. Your project gets booked in my calendar on specific dates, and those dates are reserved just for you! Meaning those dates are not available for anyone else to book, and I turn away other clients and opportunities. So it’s important you can commit to the project timeline before we start.
In the instance you need to reschedule you’ll need to provide as much notice as possible so your spot can be opened to another client, and your project will be rescheduled in my next available spot (a waiting period and rescheduling fees may apply)
No. Your deposit secures your project dates in my calendar and they are reserved just for you. This means I often turn away other clients and opportunities. If you back out this leaves an empty spot in my calendar that could have been given to another client. Your deposit ensures you are serious about proceeding.

Absolutely! Check out my Design Disco service where you can book in a 4 or 7 hour design disco session and I’ll dedicate all my time to designing any additional collateral items you need in just one week!
