01. Semi-custom vs full custom brand design. What's the difference?
A semi-custom branding kit is perfect for you if you’re looking for a professional brand identity to launch or relaunch your newish business, but don’t quite have the budget or time for a full custom brand.
If you prefer a completely unique brand identity, are ready to stand out from your competitors and want your meaningful design to reflect your business, then a full custom brand is the way to go. My full custom branding process dives deeper into understanding your business and its foundations, and creates a completely unique design that reflects your business.
02. How do I select the colours and icons? Will you assist me at all?
Once you’ve purchased your favourite design, expect an instant email with a practical guide to help you select all the custom options for you to choose from, along with a questionnaire to submit your choices.
03. What is the turnaround?
Pretty speedy, if you ask me. With my semi-custom branding kits, you can now have your new sleek branding within only 2 weeks from your start date and submission of your custom options (depending on any revisions required).
04. Do you offer refunds or exchanges if I change my mind?
No. Due to the digital nature of this product I do not offer refunds, sorry.
05. What if I need more revisions or customisation than included?
Every exclusive semi-custom branding kit comes with 1 minor revision round (within the limits of customisations available). Any further revisions or customisations will be charged accordingly at AUD $100 per hour. If you have a sneaking suspicion that you might require major revisions or customisations, then my full brand design option may be better suited to you. You can learn more about it here.
06. What do you cover in the included brand style guide?
The Mini Brand Style Guide gives you an overview of your logo, logo variations, branding marks, colour palette, patterns and fonts. It ensures consistency in the application of your branding elements, and can be shared with any employees or contractors who may be completing work for you.
07. What rights will I receive to the final design?
You will receive one nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license. The semi-custom brands are not exclusive as they are sold up to 5 times each. If you are wanting a unique brand design my full custom brand design may be better suited to you.
08. Do you offer any other brand collateral design as an add-on?
I sure do! Check out my Design Disco in a Day service here. A 7-hour (or 4-hour) design-disco, where I’ll blast my playlist, work my creative magic and create the design assets you need.

- Includes one round of minor revisions (within the limitations of customisations)
- Extra revisions will be charged at AUD $100 per hour and may extend project turnaround time.
- Due to the digital nature of this product there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
- A semi-custom brand is not completely unique and can also be chosen by another business. My goal is to still make it feel unique to you by only selling each brand up to 5x.
- 1 on 1 support is not included after final files are delivered.
- Does not include any other custom elements than what is listed. Photography and mockups shown are not included.
