Brianna, what’s the difference between a semi-custom branding kit and full custom brand design?
A semi-custom branding kit is perfect for you if you’re looking for a professional brand identity to launch or relaunch your newish business, but don’t quite have the budget or time for a full custom brand.
If you prefer a completely unique brand identity, are ready to stand out from your competitors and want your meaningful design to reflect your business, then a full custom brand is the way to go. My full custom branding process dives deeper into understanding your business and its foundations, and creates a completely unique design that reflects your business.
How do I select the colours and patterns? Will you assist me at all?
Once you’ve purchased your favourite design, expect an instant email with a practical guide to help you select all the custom options for you to choose from, along with a questionnaire to submit your choices.
What is the turnaround?
Pretty speedy, if you ask me. With my semi-custom branding kits, you can now have your new sleek branding within only 2 weeks from submission of your custom options (depending on any revisions required).
Do you offer refunds or exchanges if I change my mind?
No. Due to the digital nature of this product I do not offer refunds, sorry.
What if I need more revisions or customisation than included?
Every exclusive semi-custom branding kit comes with 1 minor revision round (within the limits of customisations available). Any further revisions or customisations will be charged accordingly at AUD$100 per hour. If you have a sneaking suspicion that you might require major revisions or customisations, then my full brand design option may be better suited to you. You can learn more about it here.
What do you cover in the included mini branding guide/style guide?
The Mini Branding Guide, also known as a style guide, gives you an overview of your logo, logo variations, branding mark, colour palette, fonts and patterns. It ensures consistency in the application of your branding elements, and can be shared with any employees or contractors who may be completing work for you.
What rights will I receive to the final design?
You will receive one nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license. The semi-custom brands are not exclusive as they are sold up to 5 times each. If you are wanting a unique brand design my full custom brand design may be better suited to you.
